Edit IMAP Parsing Script inserting into MySQL Database

Currently I have installed this script:- [login to view URL] to fetch emails from a specific email address and add them to my sql database. All working fine. Now would like to modify this script to insert the data in a different format. I have attached two SQL files. [login to view URL] is how I would like the data to be inputted. and [login to view URL] is how it's being inserted using the above script. I also would like to extend the script with the following:- Currently when displaying these emails in a record within CMS there are rules it has to meet in order to show the email. For example, for_id should be the ID of either Candidate / Contact and also the Module should be either Candidate or Contact. E.g. Email for John Smith who is a Candidate (ID 6) the email table will only show emails that match: ID:6, Module: Candidate. The problem I'm facing is incoming emails doesn't record either Module or ID. So I'm thinking perhaps, recording incoming emails as "Incoming" and extending the script that when parsing the email, search both Candidate and Contact tables for the email address and if found enter into the email_history table with the ID - if not found discard the email.
