Customize Wordpress Plugins and Landing page

I would like to customize my marketify theme to match the attached. What would you potentially charge me? Here is my site and attached is the potential designs I'm aiming at. [login to view URL] So we want to host a stock video website. Thats why we chose marketify. Seemed best wordpress plugin for that. So just like stock images but for video. A few examples of the way content is packaged and how soon after you open the site one can get to the footage categories. [login to view URL] more details 1) So when you login currentlly click on download (that the attachment called download) you load the download page and it has categories on the right. 2) in the screenshot called tags on the right hand side you can currently select if the download is featured. Now I need a total of 4 tag categories called featured, establishing, time-lapse and insert. I need them to work currently the way featured works just that youre adding 3 more. 3) So on the front page instead of featured and popular we need 4 tags - (the screenshot called categories) so we need the list to match point 2 above. The options should show featured establishing time-lapse and insert. Take out popular. So now for example if the user clicks "establishing" The left hand column should show then the latest 5 establishing videos that have been uploaded. These should be thumbnails. The center column should show ALL the establishing videos even if they are 100. They should exactly as they are loading now but in rows of 2 each. Now I'm saying thumbnails but actually what I mean is the preview the way it currently works on the sight. Look at the attachement called thumbnails. You have 2 sizes. The one used for featured and the one used for recent downloads. When you create the column on the left and right, use the thumbnail or widget as it is right now when under recent downloads. But the middle column should keep the current size for the thumbnails used under downloads.
