Create one js tag for publishers

I need to publish one js tag that display hidden webpages. [A] js tag (for publishers) 1, load a registered webpage via hidden iframe randomly. 2, redirect to another registered webpage after ** seconds in it randomly 3, simplification tag for publishers like below. <script type="text/javascript" src="*****"></script> 4, js code should be Obfuscated. [B] cpanel (for publishers) 1, signup, login (required name, email address, publisher’s website url for sign up) 2, email verification for signup. 3, can get js code 4, simplest report (imp and revenue – today, this month, last month, lifetime) [C] admin 1, register and edit webpage urls in (1)’s iframe. 2, register and edit each webpage’s incidence of display manually. 3, register and edit [A]2 3, register and edit payout rate for each publishers. 4, display stats. (total imp, total payout, each publisher’s imp, payout for each publishers – today, this month, last month, lifetime) Note: [A]1 and [C]1 are different from [B]1.
