Clone of site wanted PHP/mysql only

I would like a clone of a simple site: [login to view URL] This is a site that has a list of locations that produces further pages for different subjects e.g. London nightlife. Users enter details via a simple form. This needs to be part of the project, so that I can admin at the backend and put data live. The actual project is simple technically: *) Create mod-rewrite pages from database table of locations: *) Show data from tables on page to show what people have written *) Simple back-end to allow editing of data *) config file for site name, db connection etc (simple stuff) *) header/footer files so info can be edited If you spend 2 minutes on [login to view URL] you will see what I mean. It is a much more simple project that it may look. I am looking for experienced php programmers that know mysql and mod re-write also with good GAF ratings. PLEASE DO NOT make a bid if you have no GAF rating!
