Client Sign Editor > web based app

Client Sign Editor.. (a web based script) Concept > clients will login, after login they will see the TV screen icons setup for them (by admin) - that symbolize their signs. They would select a TV screen icon (clients also should have ability to label each TV icon) and this would then pull up a list of the files of content on that are displayed TV. Clients should be only able to edit files shown - using a embedded HTML editor. Should not be permitted to change the file names or delete them… only edit them. There should be a button to click that opens a new browser or tab - to allow the user to see what it will look like on the sign as a preview. This web script will reside on my cPanel server and allow authenticated users to edit files only assigned to them… these files are just web pages that the sign player downloads to display on a digital sign (TV). These web pages should be limited to 1920 x 1080 screen size On the web server - I will add the folders and ftp user for those folders and files. This is the same credentials that the client will use to login - so that permissions can be passed down to allow for editing the files. if possible - I would like a copy of the file made each time the client edits it to allow rolling back incase mistakes are made… This way if they make a mistake it can be reversed. via cPanel I will create the users - folders - and files for each client. Admin section Needed for admin to login -- and create account for clients. Then have option to create and label TV Screens that the client will be able to edit associated files with said screen. TV Screen label should allow two fields at least 20 characters each for labeling. I would like the system to log each time a client logs in -- and in the admin section have a list of times of when users all together logged in and made changes but also when selecting a user - have a tab showing that users login entries
