Changes in woocommerce conditional shipment

Hi, In our webshop we have plugin wocoomerce conditional shipment, which does not allow to sell products with certain shipment class. Some products are so big, that it's impossible to define transport costs to some countries. So while checkout, system blocks the checkout after giving certain adress by Client, when the Client is buying products with certain shipment class. There is information to the Client to contact shop. Order is not provided. Restriction does not allow to finish checkout and provide the order in the shop. We would like to change it, that restriction will provide the order, where we can manually add the transport cost. Than Clinet can go to "My account" and pay the order. In "my account" checkout restriction should not work. So in conclusion: 1. Restriction on shipment will create the order 2. Restrictuion will not work while checkoput from "My account.
