Build an SMS system using PlaySMS and Kannel

I have a bare dedicated server. I want you to build an SMS gateway using PlaySMS and Kannal. I have SMPP connections available to my suppliers SMSC's. You must allow for multiple SMSC connections. You must provide a report that shows all delivered sms in real time You must be above to work on Centos or Ubuntu Included in this project is a requirement for a C++ program that will be embedded in some hardware to send and receive SMS. This has to be written in Visual Studio 2010 version, there is no negotiation on this. You must be willing to provide support ongoing for a fee we will negotiate later. You must be willing to answer support questions within ten minutes. If you are in India, understand that this client is not in India and works on a different timezone, this is a 24hr job.
