HI! I'm Looking to start an online legal research website. It basically consists in the following: Several legal newspapers get published daily by the local government from different sources, we would compile all of them and upload the PDFs into this website. The users would login to their account and be able to view and "search" all PDF's and any PDF containing their keywords would come up. They should also be able to filter (For example by published date ranges, source, etc). Users should be able to view the files online of where their term appears and have the option to save their files in their own account and be able to download the PDF to their computer. From admin side, we need a place were we can login to upload documents (daily basis) and control the users who can access the website. Website is to be on a SUBSCRIPTION basis, with a limit on the amount of downloads they can do. After a certain amount of downloads have been reached we charge extra. The user interface will be in spanish, all PDFs will be in spanish as well. If you do not speak spanish, I can help translate the user interface.

It is really a beautiful project. The website will allow you to create an article with category, tags, title and other details associated with specific topic. The system will accept the PDF uploads with tags and title and also the text (editable). The user will be able to view and search the pdf or it's articles by title or tags (simple key word). There will be sorting and filters for making it easy for the users to browse PDF. Users will be able to download the PDF files. In the admin side, The admin can logic and upload the document with date and mentioned information. Admin can also view and edit the information of the users who register through the website. The website will have option for the subscription for letting the users to download. Firstly we'll develop the website in English. We'll need your help to translate the content later in spanish.
