I need to have a website built that can be used to store data. Once you get onto the website, there should be a Home tab, an About tab, an Announcements tab, and a Log In tab. The Home tab, About tab, and Announcements tab can be left blank for now. If you click the log in tab, it should bring you to a black screen with Username and Password text fields.
For the users, every user should be assigned a level. The levels are: Candidate, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, Level 6, Level 7, Level 8, Level 9, Leven 10, Administrator.
Once you log into your account, there should be a new page displayed which there are 11 tabs running across the top of the screen. The names of the tabs should be: Candidate, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, Level 6, Level 7, Level 8, Level 9, Leven 10, Administrator.
If a user is assigned the permission status "Candidate", they should be able to only click the Candidate tab. If a user is assigned the permission status "Level 1", they should be able to view the Candidate tab and the Level 1 tab. If a user is assigned the level 10 permission status, they should be able to view all of the tabs except for Administrator. If a user is assigned the Administrator role, they should be able to view all of the tabs.
If you click on the candidate tab, you should see a page titled Candidates with some text written underneath it. If you click on any of the tabs 1-10, each one should have a spreadsheet embedded in it in which the users can view it. Nobody should be able to edit the spreadsheets unless they are level 8, 9, 10, or Administrator.
Finally, if a user is inactive for over 5 minutes, it should end their session so that they would have to log in again.

What I understood from the work-scope of this Job.
- The user will be able to login to access the site. Their privileges will depend on the levels they will get assigned for. The administrator will be having highest privileges and Candidate will be having lowest. Users will access all the levels lower than what they have assigned with.
- Following same, User will be able to review spreadsheets comes under their levels. But they will not be able to edit same until their status belongs to Level 8, 9, 10 and Administrator.
My query regarding the spreadsheet -
- Do you already have spreadsheet data available ?? Or We will provide an option for users themselves to import the sheet or add it manually?
Apart from it, Also let me know if you have any technical preference. My advice will be to pick PHP and MySQL database. We will do designing using HTML.
