We require a simple app developing were workmen can bid on our inquiries for domestic customers we receive we will have the option to post the job coming in on the app then all workmen who have downloaded the app will get a push notification that a job has arrived for them to bid on in there geographical location when the workmen signup they will need to specify what trade therein and how far from there home zip code they are prepared to travel to quote and work once bidding is open workmen will bid for the enquiry details until the amount reaches 100gbp then the last bidder will win the enquiry details and payment will be automatic from there PayPal account to ours. This free open source could be easily adapted to fit our business model.
