AWS Elastic Transcoder Integration Help Required for Online Self Paced Learning site

We are looking for an expert who can fix our AWS transcoder integration on our site Learnfly. 80% of the integration has already been done by one of the developer, however the videos jobs are not successfully reflecting into the elastic transcoder pipeline. We are currently not able to trigger the Job automatically in pipeline, so that video can be automatically saved onto the S3 output folder. The site is built on CakePHP, so as per AWS we cannot use Lambda function to get it done. So we need a solution for PHP to auto trigger jobs. Learnfly is basically an online e-learning website, wherein instructors upload there training videos. These videos then are required to be saved on s3 bucket via elastic transcoder in shorter file sizes and various presets for viewers.
