Hi. I have a website, with forms attached( so these could be copied and changed to suit) Just now I have a quotation/ invoice option. I am wanting a new form that can be changed to suit per application - I can show you an example of the form and requires a box for terms and conditions and must be GNPR compliant. it must also contain an electronic signature tjat can be signed on tablet/ phone via a finger, pen etc
