I need to create a section on an existing Joomla website which has the format attached. Basically, I need sections of the page which can collapse and expand when you click the header. On the left side of the page we also need a navigation bar to move between these pages. I can't give access to the website so you would have to guide me through the process to format the pages. You would have to log the hours worked and I can pay an hourly rate accordingly. If your application is appropriate I will send you the website information and some other details, you can then update the quote if you need to before accepting the project. Thanks,
