URGENT 1-2 page website to promote adult affiliate link

I would want to promote an adult affiliate link and need a simple blog/website 1-3 pages created. The sponsoring sites has various tools including "Hostable Ad Pages" which i want the site to use. I dont intend to add or post anything but to the site to be an auto-site. Other tools you can use (all provided in a form of scripts from sponsor) include Thumbnails Rotating Keyword Banners Floater Ads Anchor Banners Button Banners Social Media Flash Banners Video Animated Video Tour Landing Pages Top Landing Pages Hot Members Cobranded Sites Hostable Ad Pages Map Landing Page Hosted Galleries I would want to deal with someone who has done similar stuff...therefore a bid should be accompanied by sites or blogs you have done. This is a simple on 1-3 page sites (with all scripts provided) therefore the bid shouldnt be more than $30. Someone creative to maximise the click rate of the sites given the scripts and tools by the sponsor.
