turning static jpgs into html or flash website

Hello, What i need is someone that is good in html coding and / or flash coding to turn my website designed jpg files into a working website. ## Deliverables In more detail : i would prefer to work with html only and not to use flash, however some parts do need some motion if possible but this we can talk about. The site itself requires a backend content manager to maintain everything that is on the site. button names, texts, images. and adding new pages and content. I provide all design elements in jpg format and will work with you to make sure you have all items to make this project work. I need the website to look exactly as i designed it to be every pixel in place. the site will have a search function. this website will contain mostly only products with images, description and price. No shoppingcart or ecommerce a simple backend where i can add a title, description some images and a price. it is difficult to explain the entire site without providing already the graphics however i will only provide graphics after choosing a coder so if you have questions please ask and i will try to answer as much as possible.
