town/city directory

This project calls for about 20 pages of different topics related to small towns/cities. (I.E. restaurants, hotels, movies, weather...) Each page will share the same header, side panels and footer but the center content area will be retrieved from different content providers via xml, rss feeds etc. Some pages will also need to be interactive as users add classifieds and links. Payments will be made via PayPal. These 20 pages will then need to be cloned many times, once for each town. All pages must be built with SEO in mind. Please only bid if you have resources available to begin and complete the project in a timely fashion. A bonus of 20% of the bid price will be paid if the project is completed within an agreed upon time frame.
