PSD to Compliant XHTML / CSS

I have 2 mock up html pages that i need coded into tableless XHTML/CSS

Both the html and the css will need to be validated. ? No html tables ... all css and xhtml.

css will need to pass validation here;? [url removed, login to view]

and the xhtml here;? [url removed, login to view]

I am available 24 hours a day via email so please if you have a question ask.

This is straight forward word and should be very easy for the right person. ? Please view pages in attache files.

## Deliverables

The left side margin on the mocks is correct, the right side should be the rest of the screen.

Also all links / nav should have a hover state though it does not matter the color as long as it has the hover state declared.
