PHP Ajax (Individual) Expert Needed

We are looking for PHP/Ajax programmer with highly skills for daily bases, we have number of PHP/Ajax/mysql projects in hands to get develop...... Programmer must has good skills of PHP, Ajax, mysql, javascript (.net,flash,photoshop,asp,java,SEO,C++, good to have) Price will be on project based after we go thorough all requirement for each project, payment will be through GAF or Paypal. (only after finish with project, some advance deposit can be arrange if require) Programmer has to be fully dedicated, should be available regularly, and available to communicate by Yahoo messenger, Gtalk etc...... Programmer must be individual freelancer, We will not accept any developing firm. and should be able to work at least 8 hours everyday, should be full time freelancer.
