Forgive me but i will try my best here. We have a web page already and it in not what we are looking for. The current page is [[login to view URL]][1] .We want to have a new web site developed. We are a hair salon looking for a web site that is edgy and stands out a bit. I believe it will have around 9 to 12 pages. The pages would consist of Home page, then our menu would take people to different page that explain our services. Each page should have pictures and music. I would like to list all of the girls in the salon and the Bio's. I would like people to be able to Order Gift Certificates. Would like to make it so clients can navigate it easly. I would like the opening page to beable to post our monthly special and stand out. A page for employment and a area to check into and fill out an appliacation. Basicly a full servie web page. Similar to this one [[login to view URL]][2] . I would like to beable to access information and make changes myself when complete.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
