Make wordpress template like in demo site, with changes.

Hello, I bought wordpress template, on themeforest. i need to make template, look like demo site. this is the template [login to view URL] site will be in hebrew lang. site will used for "games" - news and review portal. admin options: upload game with relevant creterias - *game genere date reliease fields to insert company name (ho develope the game) etc... also need tabs option for assign more information - videos,chets, images, comments etc.. also, plugin to rate game see (screenshot) and, based on this taiting, ican filter, and show to my visiters the most raited games (Hot games). im attaching 2 screenshots, to demonstrate what should be on site, and how structure look.
