Opt in E-mail system Required

Cordoba International, based in Flordia, Spain, and Latvia. We specialize in various opt-in e-mail marketing and newsletter managment systems for various markets. We require some help with a new client project. We're looking ONLY for companies and individuals who have a verifiable and extensive experience in the creation of opt-in E-mail marketing systems. We need some unique and powerful mailing and management software - either Linux, Windows, client based, cgi, etc.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform We're open to both a Windows and or Linux platoform as well as using unix, windows, or cgi mailing solutions.
