.net or COM Library that dials and hangs up a Windows Dial-up Network connection

Important : The Library must function as described below when called from a Windows service on Vista (please see other requirements listed below) Overview I require a .net or COM Library that dials and hangs up a Windows Dial-up Network connection. The library will be called from a Windows service running with Local System privileges and must run in this environment. The dial and hang up functions should be invisible to the user and require no user interaction. The only known details about the dial-up network connection is its name, so the library must be able to dial and hang up the connection using its name only. The library must work on Windows Vista and XP. ## Deliverables A release build and source code of a .net assembly or COM library which can dial and hang up a windows dial-up network connection and be called from a windows service written in c# Example library usage in c# try { DialupConnection conn = new DialupConnection(); [login to view URL](“My Dialup connection??); [login to view URL](60000); [login to view URL](“My Dialup connection??); } catch(Exception ex) { [login to view URL]([login to view URL]) } If the dialup connection can’t be found or is already open when dialed (or already closed when attempted hang up) a exception should be thrown.
