Creating Files By Streaming Information

User will select from a choice of 3 templates User will select a number of html files they want inserted into their selected template. There will be optional section to the templates for 'Tips' section. There will be a few variables that will need to be stored so they can be entered in the template also. They will be the site name, site url, page title. The only one will that will vary from page to page is the page title, which will also be used once on the page itself. The site title variable will be parsed from the filenames selected (any hyphens must be removed)and the first letter of each word must be a capital. I would like the new html files to overwrite the previously selected html files. When the source code of the completed html files is viewed, it must read like a normal web page is written, line by line, not one long line of code. I will need to send you the templates(there will be 3) I'm using when the project is accepted. The filenames must be back in the following format e.g. [login to view URL] As this is a website each page created will need to have a site navigation. All files will be in the same folder so the url will be [login to view URL] This should be straight forward by taking the files selected at the beginning and creating the nav bar from their file names, i.e. the file name with first letters as capitals will be the anchor text. There will also need to be a site map and a resource page. The resource page will be empty, just having the site template and navigation on the side. The sitemap will be the template and in the content section there will be a link to every page in the site, using the parsed page title as anchor text. This should be easy enough for someone who has experience handling file input/output and streaming of information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It will be a client side program and I need it to run on Windows XP.
