Webdate fixes and front page changes

I have a website [login to view URL] which uses the webscribble webdate software. I need an experienced programmer/graphic designer to fix and add some functionality to the website and add some color and enhancement to the front page. If you can't start very soon and finish within two weeks then please don't bid. Also a good internet connection is a must. Here's what I need. Project list 1. Currently when payments are made through Paypal the billing information isn't getting updated in the admin or the user's billing area. Also the member's “unlimited contact” expiration date should be updating according to the payment made. I need both these to be working properly. 2.(THIS IS OPTIONAL: Let us know if this is part of your bid in your remarks) Create a unique banner design for [login to view URL] using your ideas and creativity. 3. Add a sort in admin for the “search” so that the last person who signed in will appear first in any search and if the person hasn't signed on in a long time they will appear last in the search. 4. When a member sends another member an email there is an email sent to the recipients email box with a link back to Myinternationalbride.com. The link for Mailbox is missing a “/” between com and index. Here's the link that's generated [login to view URL] I'll forward the generated email to you for inspection. 5. Add banner advertising to the bottom of the front page and eliminate the lines between the boxes on the very bottom of the front page. We'll provide the banner code when your ready to start. 6. In place of the “Featured Members” change to “Newest Members” using three profiles instead of two with the ability to change to show members that will appear. Using their picture, username, age, country (highlighted) and a very short description. Make each profile linkable to that members profile page. 7. When members sign in take member directly to the thier "member area" instead of staying on home page. 8. Slight color makeover of front page colors using more shading and adding some blue, pink, white shading and different borders. Let us know your ideas. Add some more shading to the “My International Bride” logo. Maybe if you can show us your ideas would be great. Maybe a wavy shadow effect. 9. Add 2 help topics to the help page. I'll provide the text. Change a few words on 3 pages. 10. Fix “Gallery” view within the search results to correct the right border to be in line with the most right profile edge. 11. In members profile page switch positions of the “Make contact and its functions” with “How we match up”. Also change the box shading of the contact functions to a lighter color that matches but stands out, maybe blue. Move the “last activity” to the top, right above the “Personal details” box, right in the middle. 12. Add payment button and payment capabilities with paypal on the “correspondence assistance” page and “fiance visa page. 13. When a visitor views profiles on our site they are limited to the number of views. After that limit is exceeded by default you are taken to the user sign on page. Add text on that page to state “If you're not already a member, please create your profile now to be able to view and contact all members.” And add a link to the registration page. This software will not be copied by you. The website should be working perfect and bug free when you're done.
