Small WYSIWYG Content Management System (CMS) for HTML Template

We are looking to hire a experienced web developer to put together a prototype for a customised website Content Management System, you should have PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE of working on CMS systems or be a skilled web developer as we require the CMS to be placed on a existing website template. As this will be a open-source prototype the developer can use a system he/she has ALREADY CODED or from PRE-MADE SCRIPTS, CODE LIBRARIES, CODE EXAMPLES, BOOKS, TUTORIALS e.t.c, for the back-end of the CMS. The main focus of this CMS is to let users have a WYSIWYG style of editing the content and web elements of the pages, so things like the navigation system, blocks of text and images or graphic elements on the page so knowledge of: XHTML / JAVASCRIPT / AJAX / JQUERY / PHP & MYSQL are required. The two templates are very basic in terms of content and pages so that the project can be put together and tested quickly. The APPEARANCE: The two themes or templates that should be coded for the CMS: 1) The first will be a blog style template, Giving a admin user the ability access to post/edit/delete articles, comments, videos, audio, links and photos. In the bottom right hand corner of each article posting there should be 3 small buttons (Facebook, Twitter and Google) for one-click sharing 2) The second will be a fairly standard business/e-commerce style template, with fairly similar functions, layout and content as most e-commerce style pages design with basic pages like: About Us, News, Services/Products, Contact Us e.t.c ADD NEWS/ARTICLE: Essentially, a user can click "Add" and a MODAL BOX Will appear with a WYSIWYG editor text, a logged in admin can enter in the require fields (e.g Title, Body) attach a uploaded file (like a video, hyperlink or audio then click "post" and then this page should be updated live directly ONTO the page. The EDITOR ----------- This is the most important part of the CMS! Essentially, a logged admin should be able to click on a button ("Editor Mode") and then view/edit the same page, make any changes that need to be required then save the changes and then publish them to the server again. In the editor mode, coloured boxes should appear around different elements on the page (to show the user they can be edited).Each article or news post should have a "Edit" and "Delete" button in the top right hand corner of the box, the "Edit" button should then give the user some basic formatting options to edit the text and then allow them to save it there and then. With regards to pictures, they will be treated as separate elements and should be controllable by snapping to a grid (e.g [login to view URL]) FILE MANAGEMENT ---------------- There should be a file-management page should have a standard form for uploading files (Browse from folder -> Upload) and there should be separate section on the same page for file-management. The user should have a choice between choosing a tree-like structure for folders (e.g Images > 2005 > Album 1). The second type of file view should categorise or sort images in separate sections e.g: * Images, Audio, Videos, Documents USER MANAGEMENT: User Management - The admin should be able to create different permissions for different users for example, Admin, Editor, Blogger There should be separate permisions to ADD/REMOVE/EDIT NEWS ARTICLES or PRODUCTS as-well as POSTING COMMENTS on ARTICLES/PRODUCTS You will need to: 1.
