Simple Effective Affiliate Website with income

Job Description: I am in need of somebody to build me 2 (two) affiliate linked sites which earn a minimum of $10 USD per day (Or GBP equivalent) EACH. I don’t care what the sites are about but what I do care about is the following: • Must design everything from logo through to feeds. • NO black hat SEO Whatsoever – if you have never done SEO or affiliate sites please don’t bid. • You must select a NICHE product - apart from the obvious like, gambling and adult etc. • Everything must be 100% within the Google Terms of Service • Site must be AdSense Optimised • Traffic driven must be 100% white hat REAL people - NO BOTS?BLACK/GREAY/AUTO • All Content MUST be original and SEO to the best standards. • All Copyrights Belong to me once job is accepted. • You are free to set me up and use any other affiliate related advertising methods for the site which are associated with the niche website. • The site must have management control and be as automated as possible – ie: bring in API Feeds automatically on a daily/weekly basis. I don’t mind doing the odd blog post to keep the content alive but don’t want to be revisiting anything that's covered here. • I will provide the hosting and domain name – Selecting a domain is part of the job specification - although I will pay for and register it on my own servers • Must have traffic organically pointing to the site (no paid advertising or bots.) These 2 new NICHE sites are project testers as I am after new, more complex and in depth projects very soon - it is worth your while carrying out a good job on these tester sites as I will definitely be getting more. I already own many other affiliate sites which meet the same specification as requested so I would do these myself but I don’t have time and to be honest I'm looking for other ideas which I have probably not though off. The job is nothing special. I want simple NICHE sites that get traffic. The sites must be as close to 100% automatic as possible. PLEASE NOTE: My Budget for this Job is £140 and no more – That's the price I am willing to pay for 2 sites which are completed to the specification within this description. If you want more than this for the job please do not bid. I will pay £35 upon allocation of the job and the other £105 upon completion and checks etc. When replying please do the following: • Ensure you mention the word “PROJECT” at the start of your reply so I know you have read the whole job description. • Give me examples of other affiliate sites similar to the job I want to be carried out - Essential. • Provide a list of the affiliates that you would recommend using and why – So I know what you’re talking about. • Time scale for completion of the job – remember completion is only when the site is bringing in $10USD per day. • Advise on the platform you would build the sites (joomla, wordpress etc etc) – I need to see if you have the same ideas as me because I know which platform would be best to use. Payment Details I will put the money into a milestone so the bidder can see I have the money – release £35 upon allocation of the job and the £105 upon completion of the job. I will release the £105 funds 30 days after everything is checked and verified. Please note this arrangement is negotiable dependent upon feedback/experience you currently have.
