Gaming Clan Site Redesign

First off I need my gaming clans website redone. We are a skillful clan that had some problems with our website and eventually lost everything. So what I want you to do first and foremost is get our website back up and running with a new design and CMS. Features I require are: 1. Main website portal with a place to put some banners, latest news, etc. 2. A nice menu 3. A script to post and edit our matches that we had. Also being able to attach screenshots and files to it 4. A forum and custom template that matches our main website 5. An area to post and show our Rosters 6. A small download section to post demos, videos, and whatever else 7. Other smaller stuff to be determined You may use a CMS like WordPress to help integrate the style but you CANNOT use Webspell as a CMS. We plan on having a site dedicated to videos and streaming for our members. We want to be as UNIQUE as possible so please have creativity in your designs.
