COPY OF MY WEBSITE NEEDED!!!

Hello! I need a copy of my website [login to view URL] I need someone to complete it and rewrite the CSS and PHP code. I want it very clean and completely functional. You can find enough info and pictures to give you the start on the website. I need the login/submit and contact forms completely functional. All the design must be identic. NO CREATIVITY REQUIRED. JUST BASIC HTML, PHP/MYSQL, AND CSS REQUIRED. I can provide you with the database needed and with the tutorials in a .doc file (or give you a link where you can get them) So no biggy. The current one is structured as a WP Theme with header, sidebar, footer etc so it will be easy creating the pages if you will create them DINAMICALLY (REQUIRED)!! A very EASY project for someone who knows what he is doing. I don't have a lot of money so the best bid will be considered. I want to see a small portfolio to make sure that you know how to complete a small website, and a remake of the front page COMPLETED. I don't need the code and because you can't "watermark" it you can put it somewhere so I can see it online. PLEASE DO NOT USE TABLES ONLY IF IT IS DEADLY NEEDED.
