Do you want to build complete website or just a part for showing BTC & LTC coin price as its not clear from your description. The website that you sent as an example is done in bootstrap framework for word press. I'm active crypto supporter and believer and know what you having in mind and how it can be done :) It will be good if you can provide me more detailed information in order to respond more accurate to your needs.
