Zoho CRM specialist with Twilio, PHP or cloud code experience.

Looking for a Zoho CRM specialist to build out a CRM for a call canter. You will need to have experience in intergrading both Twilio and also Zoho Support or Talkdesk to enable call recording etc. We will be looking for someone to also provide ongoing CRM training and IT support. Must be able to speak great english. This is a rough CRM stage 1 scope works. We will provide all the content you will need to configure all the tasks and atomisation. This stage needs to be done within 15 days Smart lead processing Sort leads by campaign Identify the correct content to send the potential, based on the lead source and campaign Send text message to potential with a link to the correct pre engagement content Send email to potential with a link to the correct pre engagement content Create leads list into Zoho Notify Sales admin of new leads Create a lead campaign report for inbound sales manager Update and synchronize contacts in talk Desk Send lead list to assigned sales rep (Assigned by Sales Admin) in both talk desk and Zoho. Update contacts with tags to assigned sales rep the type of lead in talkdesk Sales rep makes call (Triggered by sales call outcome) Successful Call During Call – 1, Record entire conversation via talk desk. 2, send recording link and all notes to zoho contact –potential.
