Hi, We currently have this tool to allow users to fill in polls online: [login to view URL] We need someone that can create a page on our website that will let users ask poll questions easily so the page you make will let user chose "show polls" or "create poll": If user selects create poll it will do these steps exactly: 0) ask the user which question they want to ask everyone 1) copy the poll-multi-choice folder automatically to a new directory (named 1, 2, 3 etc). 2) edit the [login to view URL] file within the folder to have the question user entered in step 0. 3) enter the question, and url of new folder into our mysql table for reference if user selects "show polls". if user selects "show poll" from your page it will will: 1) query database for poll questions 2) when user selects the poll question they want to answer your page will goto the url from the mysql database 3) if there are less then 5 answers, user will have a text box to enter the answer themselves to be added to the choice of poll answers, maximum 5 can be entered, and 1 answer only per source IP. The main code is already there as mentioned, you just need to create a page that makes this more dynamic.
