We are looking for an automated email reply system. We are a HR company and we receive thousands of job seeker inquiries. Depending on the their replies we need to reply them with an automated email with 2 variables (name and salary). These two variables depend on the job seeker's profile. The replies sent are in response to a form the job seeker is asked to fill. Here are the features we are looking for - 1) job seeker form is integrated with the automated reply system. 2) the automated system inserts the job seeker's name automatically in our response email. 3) before replying we can chose the variable (expected salary) from a drop down menu. (ex- 80k, 90k etc). 4) we have the option to chose three responses for every email (each having a different subject and body) 5) all email subject could be changed from the backend. 6) the system picks up the email as identifier and should notify us if he/she is contacting us the second time.
