A few simple PHP pages (using some MySQL and jQuery)

I'm looking to have a few PHP pages built. Here's a summary. - A user registration page, with username, password, email, sex, birthdate and city. Layout isn't important, but I'm looking to have it built with user friendly jQuery controls. For example, there should be a check to see if the username exists, a password strength indicator, an email verification, a check whether the email exists, ... The city is a "complete as you type" field where the user can choose between a list of cities (available in a database table in (id, city) pairs). UPDATE: Once registered, the account will be registered but unverified. An email with a verification link will be sent to the user. UPDATE: The user registration page should also have the possibility to login with Facebook. The user must then grant access to share his personal details and email address. Once that is done, this data is entered into the database. A Facebook user is verified right away. UPDATE: There should also be a simple login page that works with both the username and password and the Facebook login. - A place submission page that should be able to input restaurants and cafes. It should have fields for name, description, opening hours, address (street with number and city name, again with the available cities from the database). There will be a type-selection between restaurant and cafe. Depending on these two, more selections will become available. For restaurants, there will be 20 different types of kitchens. For cafes, there will be 10 different types. The page should be built so that these types can be extended easily. As with the users, the places should be stored in a database. UPDATE: A place also has a field pointing to the owner (user) of the place record. This is the user that created the place. - There should be a page to view one place (restaurant or place) and a page with a list of places in a city. That makes 4 pages in total. If this is done with a high enough quality, more work will be awarded to the same coder, such as rating of places, user comments, editing of places and many other things. See this as the start of a long term project. Important: I will provide you with the database tables. Layout of the page is not important.
