Bookkeeping system

I need someone who can develop a small bookkeeping system. This person must have experience in developing an accounting system using PHP and be ready to demostrate that the experience is there. The persom must be able to develop the application under a rapid development framework. Please only apply for this project if the experience is there. The following features will be required: The system will have the following facilities for my client to be able to log in and do the following: .Upload all their scan receipts or documents. . View, print and export reports on payroll, VAT, revenue, expenditure, payments, statements, P&L statement, Balance sheet and Trial balance, customer statements, supplier statement and Aged debtors and creditors. .Be able to create, print, pdf and export invoices to excel. .Be able to create ticket for any query .The above reports will all have an export facility in pdf, excel and csv. All reports can be done in form of a link This system do not require that you develop a complete bookkeeping system but the table structures will be of where the above reports can be generated. Some of the reports such as payroll and VAT will be generated from another system but a link to download the pdf report will be necessary. The table structure will still following the standard COA: Assets, Liability, Capital, Income and Expenditure. There will be forms to input all revenue and suppliers transsactions. Therefore an element to create customer and suppliers account will be necessary. There will be forms that will require journals transactions. The system must follow the standard double entry principle. The system must have a full invoicing system for the client to generate invoices for their own client. The system will also have a payment gateway and should be able to generate an auto invoice
