30786 Quiz Script Needed!

I am looking to have a quiz script made that is identical in options and functionality to that of the [login to view URL] script in both the user and the admin sections. The script will be to sell on and so must have [login to view URL] integrated into the script. The design must be similar to that of iGiveTest. If you can use AJAX to make this then that would be a big plus however it is not that important. Although this must be based on iGiveTest's system, it must not break any copyright laws and so although it should be a sort of clone, it should also be built up by you and not a ripped copy.
