I am looking for a programmer that can make a script either PHP or Perl that will read emails from ebay or paypal and pull the certain information from the email and put it into a mysql database. The idea is that I am providing the customers with a username and a password that is unique to each person that buys something from me. The username would be the email address of the person and the password would be the zipcode or postal code of the person that bought it. Both of those items are emailed to a certain address. The PHP or Perl script is run by a cron job every 5 minutes and checks for new emails and then if there are inputs them into the database. I just need the PHP or perl script to first find the values from the email and then put ONLY them into the database.
