This project is to develop all content, images, design and code for a new
web site called "[login to view URL]". This site is an information and news
site that deals with tracking domain name expirations and other tools
related to webmasters and domain name registrations.

The specifics: All code must be in PHP, and no flash (except possibly as a
banner on the front page. The site should be search engine friendly.
You will be responsible to create a daily cron job that retrieves the latest
list of expiring domains from <[login to view URL]> (in XML
format of all the daily expiring domains). Your job is to retrieve/parse
and display them on our web site (with a search capabilities similar to
<[login to view URL]>).

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The server (you will have full ftp access) is running apache, php, under
centos (red hat) linux with all the latest modules. If you feel it would be
easier to use a 3rd party software such as an opensource project to help
manage this site (such as the discussion areas or comment areas) please
list the software you want to use here in your bid (We are open to that).
