PHP - MySQL - Simple Admin Panel

I need you to build me a very simple admin panel using bootstrap to do some MySQL queries. Needs to be in AJAX. The php handler should be on a separate page than the view. The code should be documented and professionally written. My database is a wordpress database but we will only work with 2 tables. They are wp_terms and wp_termsmeta. List all categories alphabetically that does not have a certain meta key field. Then for each category show the input field of this meta key along with an add button. When the add action is successfully carried out, remove that category from view. The input needs to be validated first then added into the database. For running the queries you will have to use PDO. To determine which letter to show we will use a url parameter. For example [login to view URL] To go further we will add a second parameter called showall. This will be true or false. If we do [login to view URL] it should display all categories of that letter regardless of having the meta key or not. Then beside each category there should be an update button that allows you to update the meta key field. If it does not have the key then we simple insert it. To prove you are not blindly bidding before reading the description, include in your proposal the result of 1+1. I need this done in a few hours.
