Create Table from MySql Data / Sort Column / Make Bootstrap Popover

I need help with FOUR tasks: 1) Create Table From MySql Data using code supplied. I need you the CHANGE the database table. Pull data from different table. (See PDF attached.) 2) Allow the user to sort the Methodology column using a bootstrap drop down box. 3) Use data in different table to add up the # of ideas and fill in the # of ideas column. 4) Use Bootstrap Popover to show Firm Description. Description is in database table. I am modifying an existing page. I need the code to access a different table, so I can display different data in the rows and columns. Make one column sortable. Add up number of ideas and display total and use popover to display firm description when user rolls over firm name.
