1. This project is not graphic or programming intensive since many of what we want is already present on the provided 3rd party website. However the coder needs at least be comfortable with PHP, Javascript and have SEO friendly web design experience. You are biding on the integral design/coding of the website, the final deliverables must contain complete code described in the attached guidelines. All bidders is responsible to peruse the “general guidelines?? document before making bids, you can’t bid on part of the functionalities of this project, partial deliverable won’t be accepted or rewarded. The final coder needs to make a simple Text-based-logo , a set of image banners (5-7, will rotate upon page refreshing) and a new color scheme. The design can be as simple as possible, but need to maintain consistency (color, character size, font etc.), the coder will make the Favicon and help us to design/copy some basic icons/images to make the website looks consistent and reasonable professional. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
