I need to add a personalization section to my ecom site

I have a website for my client that has a bunch of templates I designed for them. These templates are for a ton of different product like Business cards, Postcards, Brochures etc. Right now when you look at the product you can add them to the cart and once you start the check out process you will see a section for you to list the info you would like to have printed on your product like (Name, Phone Number, email, website, etc.) but this is during check out and confuses a bunch of people because they expect to add their info to the product before it goes to the cart. I am not looking for a DIY designer but i am simply looking for a text field to be placed which says Name: and a box for them to type it in. it is very similar to this site:[login to view URL] I would like to make this available on each individual product page so that the customer has to fill out all necessary fields before they submit the product to the cart. Once added to the cart they can continue to shop or they can check out but when they check out and finish I need to make sure that all that info sends along with their order info..
