Create content managed jewellery site

We are looking for a person or company to convert our flash site into an html content managed site. The structure will mimic the flash site very close, with only a few changes. We would like to keep as much of the elegant animations as possible in the gallery, using jQuery of similar javascript library.

We are open for suggestions regarding which CMS to use (Wordpress, joomla, drupal, or others).
At this point we are looking for rough bids, we will provide final detailed specifications soon, and your bids can me updated.
Rough breakdown of gallery page specs:
- 6 categories under jewellery (each page to have 5 -15 images)
- 8 watch brands (each page to have 3-7 images
- text for each gallery page
- jQuery or similar javascript transitions when switching gallery images/text
We will only need content managing for the gallery pages, the other pages can be static.
The site will need to be compatible with ie6+, Safari 2+, and FF2+ compatible.
