Clone of the MyGirlFund.com website(repost)

Basically, sign up, examine the site, and determine all the functionality required to create a clone of the website. Must be written in PHP, MySQL, support SEO-friendly URLs. ## Deliverables I'm very easy to work with, and I believe this site will not take a lot of effort, the major component will be te live chat option, and then the payment provider integration. Adding in the right hooks for the payment provider integration is necessary as well. I am very fluent in PHP/MySQL myself but do not have the time to get this started. I am looking for the initial development and launch and will tweak and add to it over time, but I want to get it to market as soon as I can. I also do not know the Flash pieces of the project, so filling in that gap would be key. The website itself is pretty simple, the hardest pieces will be the live Flash-based chat, the credit/accounting system and payment to models, and the integration with a third party payment provider. NOTE: I have attached [login to view URL] to this with some findings and other information browsing from both the model (female) and member (male) sides of the site, that should help more.
