submit data to php form using java

I wish to automate submission of data to some websites. For this, I have collected detailed data on the various fields that have to be filled in, and the name of php script that is invoked when the form is submitted. The data is contained in excel sheet, and there are 3 different types of work that are done- register user, login with user id, and submit link data to link directory. I want you to create a simple java program that reads through all the fields stored in excel and accordingly creates and posts the data to the relevant page. If it works successfully, then I can consider increasing the scope of the project to accomodate additional tasks. Please see sample excel sheet attached with this bid request to take a look at the data that has to be submitted during any of the 3 tasks. During link submission, a link category also has to be selected this also has to be done by your script. (The name of form element that is storing the categroy values is also stored in the excel sheet). One additional requirement is that if a site is in German (or any language other than English) instantaneously translate the list of categories (which are in German) to english. When a user selects a particular category then corresp german category is submitted with the rest of the data. Finally, some pages require captcha to be filled in, the name of form element containing captcha and the script that is used to generate the captcha are also stored in the excel sheet. You have to use this data to display the captcha on screen. Then the end user will fill in the captcha value and the data should be successfully submitted. Simple work for a good developer.
