Greetings,
First, I prefer building long-term relationship with good people. If this project works out well for both of us, I will directly give you plenty of website projects. Onward...
I need 4 unique real estate website designs inspired by the kinds you see at
[[login to view URL]][1]. Look&feel: modern, classy, touch of edgy. Browse through agentimage and you will understand this project very well.
Link navigation can be:
Home | Listings | Local Research | Financing | FAQ | Contact
The "Financing" can use this script:
No database or listing script needed for "Listings". The "Listings" page has links to other websites.
A CMS is desired because agents need to be able to edit content. Any php/mysql CMS will do.
Agents belong to a company but these websites will focus more on the agent. An example: <[login to view URL]>
What I'm looking for is someone who:
* Understands the needs of a real estate website
* Takes initiative and can take general concepts and create something without needing a lot of my help
* Understands how to choose fonts, styles, colors, etc. I'm here to guide you, not train you on web development and design :)
* Can do this in xHTML/CSS web standards. If your design skills are great, then I'm less strict on (tableless) web standards.
Please include a portfolio of homepages so I can see your design skills.
Please let me know how you intend to do this project.
Thanks for your time.
