77139 Website Design (Experts)

Need this very quick but with expert quality! I need a website designed. You will be working with [login to view URL] type stuff. The downloaded site I'm working with but do not exactly like or have time right now to change is [login to view URL] . A site that was also built with oscommerce is [login to view URL] which i very much like the top part of there site. Drop down menu's, search box ect. Other sites that will compare to some of the products that we will be selling are [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . I will be selling all of the games and much more. The oscommerce makes it very easy for me to add, update, stop any products with the admin log in. I will want this same easy method if changes are made or if you need to start from scratch. I will be adding products from Gas scooters, digital camera's, electronics, sports/hobbie cards, games, computers and more. There will be a story line for (Hobby) & (Maniac) I would like an artist for design i have in mind. Hobby will be one person and Maniac another. Together they will make hobbymaniacs. I would like to keep the site in php/html type stuff. I would like some flash but stuff that will not need to be changed later. I can not us flash and would not be able to change it on the spot. The site should be very easy to work with. I will ask that the person(s) who build the site make things very easy and that they will be ready to get extra work down the line. New projects will mean that I would pay for updates. I do not want a cheap webdesign and the most expansive updates. If that is the plan please do not bid.
