New Data Library

This system will be something akin to [login to view URL] in functionality but will be for use on a company LAN, will be smaller and will not require any payment handling. I am offering €400(525.64US$) for the work with a bonus of €50 if its finished within 2weeks. If it runs long as a result of my changes you get an additional €50. Any tweaking that needs to be done after the project has been accepted will be paid at an hourly rate of €20. This is a second attempt at having an in-house data library. A lot of the work is already done. I've done all the systems analysis and I've got a fair idea of how the code works. The project will entail: - A shopping cart system that stores information entered by the user such as project no, purpose of requested contents etc. - A means of browsing downloads and uploading new files based on user permissions - A means of admin setting user permissions by way of check boxes and associating the permissions with the user ID. - A search facility that allows a user to enter criteria and retrieve images data based on user permissions displaying the results in a gallery. - A user activity log. A lot of this has already been done (a good bit of it by me) but my PHP isnt the best and I need this complete within 5 weeks. There are some small requirements that I cant compromise on: 1. You will be required to sign a standard confidentiality agreement. 2. This library must be based on the default WAMP5 installation (PHP5, MySQL and Apache installer bundle). I've had problems with transfering scripts from other installations in the past and this will be sent to the other offices with no I.T. If you want this project you'll have to install WAMP5(which takes about 4min) I have no doubt that the vast majority of the code from the previous attempt is reusable and the GUI layouts have been approved. I have a lot of documentation outlining just about every aspect of this library. If you know what your doing this is easy money - you'll have it finished in a week and so I'm not putting you under pressure you've got 3 weeks.
