Design of website template

I need a web designer that will design a website template based on a certain theme I will specify. The template can be in html and it may have or not some flash intro. The most important skill of the chosen web designer should be his ability to design in an abstract way. I am trying to avoid all those web designs that show office workers/people shaking hands/buildings/planet earth/satellites, and similar images that appear too often in most sites. I would like an abstract rendering of the idea rather than concrete, real life objects or people. So the web designer should have good graphic skills to be able to express ideas without showing real objects. The designer should have a portfolio that can prove his/her ability to create webdesign ideas this way. The site will offer services and will have sections corresponding to each service. The visitor interested in a service will add it to a shopping cart which will have to be connected to two Payment Gateways, including Paypal buttons and Authorize.net. Knowledge of Php, MySQl databases and payment gateways will be necessary. There will also be at least two forms for the customer to fill out. I don't mind if the design is based on another template or if it is a Joomla or any other content management script so long as it contains what I require. I am setting a maximum price for a small project but amount can vary depending on what the designer can offer.
