Data Library URGENT

Basically this is a turbosquid clone except it doesnt have to handle financial transactions. It is a means of searching for and sharing files over the web for an architectural company. Acting as a resource library, it is aimed at users with little understanding of computers. I have attached a file below outlining each page. Please review it carefully BEFORE you bid. The page will be run on a LAN initially and then when in-house testing is complete, it will be run online for our other offices to use. ------------------------------------------------ What this project requires: * A flash menu bar to visually match the one I've represented in image mock ups. * A fast, efficient web designer. * A strong working knowlege of PHP, MySQL and Apache (preferably using WAMP). This is primarily a PHP site. * A good communicator. At this late stage I need updates daily and will need to converse through msn, yahoo chat, google chat or ICQ at least once to ensure a thourough understanding of the project. ------------------------------------------------ Points of note: * I have created most of the graphic components for the front end. * I have a previous copy of the code that works quite well but is missing a good few functions and has a horrible interface. * I have created screenshots (mock ups) of exactly how I need the finished product to look screen by screen. * I have written a user manual outlining exactly how I want the system to work function by function. * I have a test server online on which the winning bidder will work. * I have all of this information bundled up in a ZIP with the entire contents of my webroot (all relative to this project or past versions of it). * This is now my fourth attempt to get this done and Im almost at my revised deadline. I need this finished by the 20th April with the first basic pages online within 4 days of the project start. I have done everything I can to make this a feasible deadline. ------------------------------- How this project will work: 1. After I accept a winning bidder, I will upload the required files onto the test server via FTP. 2. I will send the provider the required usernames & passwords for the test server. 3. I will have a brief conversation with the user through the chat app. of their choice to ensure that they understand the scale of the project, the time frame and the work required. 4. I will escrow the money. 5. The provider will contact me by email each day to give me a progress report. IF THE PROVIDER DOES NOT CONTACT ME TWO DAYS IN A ROW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, THE CONTRACT IS TERMINATED. I don't like being a hard a*s but I've been messed about 4 times now and this is the last chance to get it right. 6. I know this thing inside and out and if I was better with PHP I'd be doing it myself. I will be available 18 hours a day by email and phone until the end of this project to answer questions and help with problems. 7. When the project is finished and agreed upon and handed over. I will finish the escrow and give you a big thank you in your review section. 8. There will be a modest bonus for finishing the project before the 20th. THE VALUE OF THIS PROJECT IS US$750.
