E-commerce website designed & implemented

Hello, We require a e-commerce website designed and implemented onto our web hosting servers which is to be based around the [login to view URL] site, but obviously not a straight copy...must be original...you will need to use your imagination regarding look and feel of the site. We require the ability to offer all of the same products using the product details from their website, a fully customisable admin area to control product descriptions, pricing, domestic shipping costs, and a fully integrated Paypal shopping cart. We will need to see the winning bidder demonstrating a complete understanding of SEO incorporated into the code and design of the site, but we are very flexible regarding overall design and layout/look as long as it looks highly professional (not simply a template adapted for the job !!!). We will expect 3 month basic technical support included in the cost to complete project. We can be quite flexible in the delivery date but we must have an agreed completion date before the work commences. All payments will be completed once the site is fully operational and not before we have agreed that the site is free of bugs and finished to our satisfaction.
